Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Management:- Consistently achieve the territory targets
- Develop KOLs and KBLs based on doctor list
- Check stock availability at stockist and chemist level ensure TMs do proper RCPAs
- Maintain and build customer relationship through joint calls with TMs
- Increase prescriber base and PYD of the territory Process orientation:
- Check coverage and compliance of TMs as per company norms
- Ensure effective RCPA
- Maintain call average of the team as per company norms
- To ensure compliance administrative tools like constant updation of SFE with potential customers, timely submission of reports by the TMs
- Submission of accurate and timely reports 3People development
- On the job coaching for TMs on regular basis.
- Provide performance feedback based on observation in joint calls.
- Ensure TMs have adequate and updated scientific knowledge.
- Use effective retention measures to ensure team stability and performance. 4Market Development
- Capture market feedback from customers (internal and external) on a regular basis and provide inputs to PM team.
- Developing a potential customer data base and initiate activities to create a regular prescriber base. KEY INTERFACES / INTERACTIONS

Candidate Profile:
Graduate, ideally in a Science or Pharmacy discipline
