Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
  • Consistently achieve the territory targets
  • Develop KOLs and KBLs based on doctor list
  • Check stock availability at stockist and chemist level ensure TMs do proper RCPAs
  • Maintain and build customer relationship through joint calls with TMs
  • Increase prescriber base and PYD of the territory
  • Process orientation:
  • Check coverage and compliance of TMs as per company norms
  • Ensure effective RCPA
  • Maintain call average of the team as per company norms
  • To ensure compliance administrative tools like constant updation of SFE with potential customers, timely submission of reports by the TMs
  • Submission of accurate and timely reports
  • 3People development
  • On the job coaching for TMs on regular basis.
  • Provide performance feedback based on observation in joint calls.
  • Ensure TMs have adequate and updated scientific knowledge.
  • Use effective retention measures to ensure team stability and performance.
  • 4Market Development
  • Capture market feedback from customers (internal and external) on a regular basis and provide inputs to PM team.
  • Developing a potential customer data base and initiate activities to create a regular prescriber base.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate, ideally in a Science or Pharmacy discipline
